I feel like the letterhead and the envelope looks a bit washed out. I was thinking maybe you could try incorporating the solid color from the business card onto the letterhead and the envelope.
Though I do like how you used the Olympic rings and turned it into a design. I think by using the same colors from the icon for the design, it ties everything together.
Im not sure if its just me, but the letter head looks really long. The design on top of the letter head seems too dark. It would be hard to type over that. I also dont think you should put the logo so far apart, especially when there is no movement to guide your eyes over to the logo.
Your logo is very flowy and organic, maybe instead of straight lines for the boxes and rings, use soemthing similar to the waves in the logo.
I love the colors. It seems very professional, kinda like gold. Is this going to be printed with some metalik ink, or brownish-yellow?
The color looks nice but I am not sure if it is the resolution problem. a lot of things seem pixilated. And I understand you are using gradient but some it just seem not so clear. I think you could probably focus more on the design itself 'cause you've done a lot special effects already.
