I love the slogan "ready for my closeup." Since photoshop is a lot about photo manipulation.I feel the white background works a lot better than black. The placement of the flower is too centered. If this ad is in a magazine, its going to be folded right down the middle. Maybe move it a bit more to the right.
Since you have a really high-quality image, You may want to make it vivid. The color does not really stands out but I like the contrast on the white background. I'm not sure about the type though.
